Five Colombian developers showcase their proposal with support from ProColombia and MINTIC at the largest European fair for the entertainment industry and the international gaming community.

Madrid, August 13. More than 500 thousand video game fans will meet at Gamescom on August 22, the most important European gaming fair, which takes place every year in Cologne, Germany. Gamescom attracts developers, buyers, players, and influencers, lured by Ads and exhibits by leading brands such as Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo or cult developers such as Activision, Bethesda, and Ubisoft.

Five leading Colombian studios will participate to showcase their proposal in a sector that has been steadily growing since 2002, driven by "Colombia, Bring It On," a strategy developed by ProColombia and the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications (MINTIC) to internationalize 4.0 Industries.

The Colombian developers participating in Cologne until August 25 include Timba Games, which earned its reputation in 2017 with Puppet Kings, a struggle for power between kings and titans; Blazing Soft, with an eminently educational approach, which laid the foundation to develop "Play to learn" or "Paul, the whale"; On3dStudios (Quantum Replica); C2 Games Studios (Project Cloudwitch, Penalty Shotout); and G.A.D.S. Game Art & Design (projects for Nickelodeon, RTVC Colombia, Viacom).
